The following fiscal note applies to HCR 6: Zero fiscal note, Rules Committee/all agencies, 2/8/93 1993-02-08 House Journal Page 0255 HCR 6 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Brown, B.Davis, Davies: Page 1, line 13, delete "and" and insert: "WHEREAS the destructive threat of nuclear weapons has led America's leaders to seek agreements with other nations to minimize that threat and to seek non-violent ways of resolving conflicts between nations; and" Page 1, line 14, after "history" insert: ", the history of the United Nations, and conflict resolution techniques," Page 2, line 1, after "history" insert: ", the history of the United Nations, conflict resolution techniques," Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kott objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
